Our sad reality is that there are still backyard breeders and puppy mills. All too often dogs and puppies rescued from these horrific environments have veterinarian costs that exceed the budget of the rescue group involved. Financial assistance was established by Pug Angels Animal Care in June 2010, a not for profit all volunteer organization to assist in the veterinarian care and treatment of dogs and puppies rescued from Puppy Mills. Canine (Dog) Rescue Groups seeking financial assistance are asked to please review our funding guidelines and application process before submitting a request for funding.Please email the application (word doc) to us.
